1. Set small goals:

What does it mean?

Break down your BIG GOAL into little small chunks.

Something that you can achieve easily in a short time.

So that you won’t feel overwhelmed.

Why?

Let’s me tell YOU.

Having a big goal is GOOD.

But to reach that target will take some time.

And during this struggle, you may lose your motivation.

90% of people leave their goal in the middle.

You started to feel that it is unachievable.

You start to doubt yourself.

So to overcome this shitty feeling.

Set small goals.

2. Reward Yourself when you complete a task

Now you’ve broken down your BIG GOAL into small chunks- now what?

Reward yourself- when you complete your task or else small goals.

It may seem childish but it works.

So what would be the reward?

For me, a strong tea break.

Or watching some video will work.

You decide what excites you and keep that as a reward.

So that You may feel motivated.

3. Keep track of your success

Measure your success daily.

There is a quote — 1% extra from yesterday.

So optimize yourself daily.

Try to improve yourself at least 1% daily.

It’s the same principle used by gym trainers.

You did 20 push-ups yesterday- so you gonna try 21 today.

And then tomorrow 22.

You got my point right?

4. Share your story or journey with others

There is this psychological trigger known as Commitment and Consistency.

You can find about this within this book called-
Influence: the psychology of persuasion by Robert Cialdini.

According to the Author, if you commit something in front of a mass audience.

Then you will be bound to complete that task.

As you have committed in front of people.

It’s something to do with your credibility and commitment.

This can be a type of motivation.

5. Stay Away from negative people

Now, who are these negative people?

They are someone who doesn’t do any productive and they won’t allow others to be.

They are always depressed.

And sometimes this negative energy can affect you and your mood.

So stay the hell away from negative people.

Hope you have enjoyed reading it. Let me know your thoughts on this?
